Waste of money. I blocked TikTok through Failsafe, yet Samsung Digital Wellbeing recorded 28 minutes of TikTok use. Settings are also blocked but was still accessed. Failsafe then reported lost permissions affecting app control and monitoring. I paid for parental controls that failed when I needed them. I have screenshots proving the blocked settings and actual usage.

I had trouble with this app from day 1. They say they offer a free trial. Even after contacting support, I couldn't find it. I wanted to try it then buy the premium package annually. Wasn't able to get the trial, so I decided to do weekly at first. I'm glad I did. Hardly nothing worked. Also, once the app was installed on my daughter's phone, she started having trouble with her browser. UPDATE: we had to reboot her phone to get the app off because customer service gave us the runaround.

Bought a trial through the app, after setting up my child's phone. Google play applied it to some guest account THEY created. Now I cannot access my child's phone. Cannot remove the app - because Google's guest purchase isn't an email address, there's no password, and no pin. Been trying to reach a real person either at Google or Wondershare for 18 HOURS and nothing. Tried chats, sent emails. Maybe someone will finally fix this if it hurts their reputation. DO NOT BUY THIS APP THROUGH GOOGLE!
