I had a mobile acct set up back in 2017, it was closed for no reason at all. I reinstalled the app just a few months ago, and the security said I entered the wrong password, which was changed by me. I still can not retrieve my mobile banking info due to this problem. I do have other issues with my acct. Balance as well. I am not a happy person....

I've used this app since over a year ago when I first started banking with CCFU. But then the app updated recently, and now I can't see my balance or pending transactions. Not even my transaction history. I just deleted it cause it's useless to me now
