Honestly, don't bother booking in advance. You can make the booking 3 hours before your trip, and they're still going to manage to be late. What's the point of booking in advance if you can't ensure that the cab is actually going to get there for that time? May as well remove the feature, so you stop getting people's hopes up. Edit: once again, I reiterate, not once in my life has any pre-booked taxi from this garbage company come on time, you may as well walk to your destinations bc there's no point.
