Bei Tippen auf die Nachricht öffnet sich die photoTAN App. Prüfen Sie die Transaktion und geben Sie die TAN frei, indem Sie den Pfeil von links nach rechts schieben.
Die gewohnte Scan-Funktion der comdirect photoTAN App bleibt erhalten. Das empfiehlt sich zum Beispiel dann, wenn Ihr Smartphone nicht mit dem Internet verbunden ist. The app doesn't work on Graphene OS. Either change that or I'm changing my bank. A guid for the developrs: search the internet for “Graphene OS Attestation compatibility guide” and click on the first link. Update: The problem is fixed

Not secure as it forces to enter PIN on my second factor device invalidating the meaning of the second factor. Normal 2FA is set up without logging in to account. You force users to log in to account in the app on the same device that is used as a second factor. So all the credentials are in one place, which makes no sense because then there is no second factor. Limited chars here. Can explain the attack vector to your team if they are interested. Not in generic support ticket.

New Phototan app is broken!!! When I 'approve' a transaction the Com direct app states the app rejected the transaction!!!

Once again I don't have access to my account. After app update, I was logged out from the photo tan app, but my activation graphic is not readable anymore. Neither on android nor iphone. Now I have to wait for a letter with a new graphic even though it clearly states on the initial letter that the graphic should be valid without time limit
