The app doesn't work on Graphene OS. Either change that or I'm changing my bank. A guid for the developrs: search the internet for “Graphene OS Attestation compatibility guide” and click on the first link. Update: The problem is fixed

New Phototan app is broken!!! When I 'approve' a transaction the Com direct app states the app rejected the transaction!!!

It's a tiny little app with only one functionality. I still don't understand why it needs to be separate from the main app, but it is what it is... My main issue is it crashes on android 17 after the latest update. I have tried deleting all my data and trying again, still crashes. Now, I can't do many of the functionalities of my bank... Just great!!! Since this is not the first update with this issue, lack of proper testing before release is just embaressing.

Not secure as it forces to enter PIN on my second factor device invalidating the meaning of the second factor. Normal 2FA is set up without logging in to account. You force users to log in to account in the app on the same device that is used as a second factor. So all the credentials are in one place, which makes no sense because then there is no second factor. Limited chars here. Can explain the attack vector to your team if they are interested. Not in generic support ticket.
