UNABLE TO SEE PAST DAILY/HOURLY RATES FOR NO GOOD REASON. STORM MODE GOES ON DAYS PAST STORM WHEN LESS THAN 70 CUSTOMERS AFFECTED IN SERVICE WIDE MAP OF ILLINOIS. HIDES CURRENT HOURLY RATES FOR NO REASON DURING STORM MODE. CAN BE AS HIGH AS 270 CENTS PER KWH RIGHT BEFORE STORM MODE GOES ON.

App keeps closing immediately after entering login info. Never did this prior to the last few days

What's the point of having an app if it doesn't work!!! It won't let me sign in I put in my sign-in information it takes me to the 2-step verification I confirm the text message code, and then it takes me back to the sign-in page over and over and over!! I don't know if they didn't update, but I used to use this app all the time and I never had a problem.

They show the amount twice on each billing cycle and seam like I am late sent me my paper statement I never have a double bill I was always on time. Look at my payment history.
