Description

!! WARNING: This does not patch Android apps! It is meant to be used with a very specific emulator game and a very specific patch format. !!

This is the Android version of the CMTP Patcher, which is used to create ROMs from the original SM64 ROM with custom characters.

CMTP patches are a custom patch format that only contains character data, which makes them small compared to patches like PPF, BPS and XDelta for character patching and also allows the rest of the ROM to be unchanged (levels remain untouched!).

This application is a reduced version of the Patch Suite which can only patch. It currently cannot create patches, as mobile people are not very known to be able to produce ROMs from within mobile, although I could be wrong, and if I am, feel free to tell me, and I will add the Patch Creation option for you.

This app can:

- Read basic Patch info up to v0.1
- Patch ROMs with CMTPs verision v0.1
- Look cool

This is a great program on my PC, but on here whenever I press SELECT ROM, SELECT PATCH, etc., it kicks me out of the app. Is there a fix for this???

I read on the GitHub page that the COMETA patcher was finally able to patch 24 MB or 48 MB rom files. I downloaded the latest version on my computer, yet when I tried to patch the .ctmp file onto my 48 MB rom, it gave me an error message stating that the rom appeared to be an older hack and wasn't supported at the moment. Tried it on mobile too. I was given an identical error message. I'm kind of sad.
