I had a tech support issue and reached out. Jenny P. responded within a few hours with a response and a workaround, and she said she'd let me know when the issue was fixed in an upcoming build. Today, about 2 weeks later, she followed up to let me know it was fixed. I really feel like this level of personal customer service has become increasingly rare and appreciate it. I love this app and am so thankful our library system has access to it.

Free comics. What's not to like. I can't believe it has such low reviews. Maybe some people's library selection is more limited? I think it's great.

Love the app just wish it had a dark mode and a feature to jump to a specific page instead having to swipe through several just to get the page.

There is a reason for all the low ratings - the app simply DOES NOT WORK! It's a good app to see what comics and graphic novels are available at your library. But do yourself a favor and just go to the Library Pass website to read the content. It still may be slow but at least you get some response and can eventually read. You can't read on the app. Sometimes it takes minutes (yes, I said MINUTES) for a single page turn. Horrible app. Even with the constant updates the devs cannot make it work.

I have been a very happy user of Comics Plus since my library got it, but the recent update WIPED ALL MY SHELVES. I easily had over 200 titles saved or marked as read. And now, the shelf won't save anything, no matter how many times I try to add to it. Extremely frustrating and makes me want to stop using it altogether.

25/03/24 Version 3.1.8(367) The data pipeline seems to be prioritizing cellular over Wi-Fi. Extremely slow streaming/ download over Wi-Fi, but relatively quick over cellular 4G with Wi-Fi switched off.
