So far since I've had this internet and this app I've had no issues so far, so it's been about 3 weeks so that's pretty good I'm pretty satisfied so far My son has to complain a few times about lagging on his game, but it's only been a couple of times, and it was bad weather when it did happen, so I don't know if that had something to do with it or not other than that it seems to be pretty quick and a lot cheaper than what we had like by half just for internet

To all the people giving 1s saying the app doesn't work. All you have to do is uninstall the app and re-download, it fixed all of my issues

It was a great functioning app for months with only an occasional wait time for it to load a screen but for the last 3 or 4 weeks it has stopped functioning entirely. It won't show my devices, the network I had connected, and every option I select gives me a pop-up stating" there was a delay, please try again ". It hasn't allowed me to do any action or control any device in at least 4 weeks. I'd appreciate it if someone can contact me to fix it, and then I can fix my review

No Management Options - This app isn't worth the space it takes up. You cannot control your network, can't set parental controls/schedules, can't remove connected devices from your network. You can log in to your router and stare it, that's it. It asks you to assign users to connected devices, but it isn't even possible to create a user account outside your own.

Every update brings more problems than fixes. It doesn't matter how many times I reinstall the app or restart my Internet, I can no longer control anything on it or do anything even though my Wi-Fi is showing fine otherwise. It won't show connected devices or my profiles I had set up anymore, leaving all devices I paused access to without access to my own Internet. My Internet works fine-ish on gaming devices already set up and my phone, so it is something with the app. Yet again.

I can't even use the app anymore. Anything I try to do I get "there was a delay, please try again later"
