★★★★★ It's a good app with decent features. It would be better if we have an option to select the language. Everything is in German now. It becomes difficult for people new to German. Update: Thanks to dev team for the update.

★★★★★ I love the in-app customer support. It's great, and it works when you are outside Germany. This way you get to save a lot of international calling fees when calling from outside EU and you are already identified. Keep up the great work! Edit: this app keeps getting better! The new feature where you can take a picture of an invoice, and it automatically fills the data on the transfer is very cool!

★★☆☆☆ Very inconvenient application, the bank is terribly unfriendly, I'm often rude there :(One can't do anything in app, it's inconvenient and almost useless. There's no feedback from bank via app. But for Germany that's almost good. My friends from Russia showed how their bank apps work - that's fantastic, one need to learn from that guys how to create apps!

★★☆☆☆ The worst bank account and app ever I used in my life. Like others, they update real balance after a week and their customer care service is so poor and the agents gives always misleading information about their service. Every agents give different information which clearly shows how unprofessional their service is and they never willing to help you if you don't receive the card or letters by post. They can't even track anything about their delivery services.
