★★★★★ The app used to work well on my Samsung S21. I now have a Samsung S24 Ultra and the app keeps crashing when I transfer money. I shut the phone down and started it again and this helped, but now even this doesn't work. I have now reinstalled the app and waiting for a new letter to activate. I'm thinking there is a bug. But when the app is working, it is very efficient! And works very well.

★★★★★ Great app, just have a minor annoyance with the icon having different background color compared to the banking app.

★★☆☆☆ It keeps requiring activation. On android, I had to ask for activation code twice now because it doesn't recognize it anymore. The Commerzbank app says it has an unexpected error since 2 weeks and the phototan fails at every attempt. Latest updates are installed.

★★☆☆☆ Phototan is almost unusable in S24 ultra, it keeps crashing all the time and I have to restart the phone to approve. Plz fix this.

★★☆☆☆ Not good, too much complicated, I must always have the letter with the graphic qr whenever am I doing online banking!
