Absolutely love this program and Coach Phil!! The teachings of mind, body, spirit and soul is so important. Coach Chad's recipes and Coach Eddie has taught me some good pointers as well. Group calls are great as well. We are all in this together and the support of other participants has been so good. Thank you Committed Coaches for this wonderful journey!! Plus, I have lost 20 pounds and overall health is getting better and better.

This opened my eyes to eating the right foods, in the right amount, and at the right time. This has made a big difference in my effort to lose weight and hope lower my A1c. I know the division of Carbohydrates and the best time to eat them. I like that the foods I eat are those I usually buy at my grocery store. I have access to my coach's weekly knowledge meetings and email advising me on how well my meal plans choices meet the plan and my objectives. There sharing from other participants too.

Difficult for me to access to track progress, etc. since I'm tech-challenged, I guess, but it is frustrating for me. Don't see place to seek tech help.

Really hard to get through, and it also uses the metric system. I still have not found how to submit my answers to my coach.
