I have been having the same issues. App won't open. Was saying that there was a bug. Uninstalled and reinstalled, now it just clicks on and immediately closes. Have to use online banking. Frustrating.

It says to rate the app....so I am NOT rating staff/CSCU. This credit union is the best one we've ever used in our 41+ year married career. They are always quick to assist! The app., however, is the VERY WORST one ever! I am CONSTANTLY getting locked out & have spent hours & hours trying to get the new password recognized. I hate to have to use it because it is always so stressful!! From the other ratings, I can see there are lots of others frustrated over the app., too!! Jamie Brine gar

Until now, this app has been wonderful. But for the past 2 days, I can't get it to open. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. But it keeps saying, there's a bug, and it needs to be fixed. I do hope the necessary personnel work on it ASAP.
