Edit 2026.06.05: No change. Just took me 5 minutes of hassle to make a transfer between my accounts. Want to make a transfer? You've been logged out due to inactivity. Want to use online bill pay? You've been logged out due to inactivity. Check deposit? Logged out due to inactivity.

Compared to other banks, one star. Low-tech and fairly difficult to work with. They charge you money for a same-day transfer to another outside bank account. App is very buggy and prone to weird errors, it's suddenly dropped my fingerprint login. Some things you have to go to the website to do. I use secure msg and spell out my issue and still have dense customer service agt give me a stock answer. Decent for a tiny midwest CU. clearly don't have well-paid high-tech web design team

My Swift Key keyboard is not a security risk like the app says every single time I log on. As if the factory keyboard from Samsung is any different, or any of the well known keyboards are
