As Company secretary student I feel great to have this app. The language is from Bare Act. It's good to use. UI is good. But if you want things in chronological order you have seen the rules again and again. If you Attach specific rule with each Section that would be better better to use. Although update for lastest amendments.

I really appreciate this app being a company secretary student I have to see the mca e-books for latest amendment, but when l view to this app to specify whether it is updated r not l find that it is updated too so pls it's a request to keep updated because in examination point of view students mainly seek for amendment and if all the things is located at the same place with amendment then it becomes easy for a person to deal with. Thank you and keep updated from time to time.

Way in which app is designed is very good and also up to date, but please do simplify things. Amendments, ommissions, etc. are not given in simplified way. Also, at many places errors can be seen. For e.g. If the word is "director's", it is written in this manner at many places"director'''''''''s", which creates confusion. These little things matter because law is strictly interpreted on the basis of words. If u fix these issues, I'll definitely give it a 5 star. That's all for my review. Thanks

Other apps are giving better presentation than yours. They merged related notification, rules and circular in section itself. Please change your whole application to compete with them.
