No surround sound, otherwise this app works well. I've tried it on an nVidia Shield Pro (2019), AppleTV, Sony TV (Android TV) and Fire Stick 4k. The Fire Stick 4k and Shield work the best. The video clarity is great - WAY better than the traditional cable box. I assume it's 720p or 1080i, the app doesn't give you information about the feed. The problem I have is the lack of 5.1 surround sound. On the Fire Stick and Shield I can get Dolby Digital 2.0 stereo - but nothing else. I get 5.1 surround or ATMOS in Netflix and Disney+ - so my system is capable, but this app doesn't provide it. Please work with MobiTV to fix this.

I have been with this company for several years and have not had any major Problems. If I did, they cleared it up very quickly they are so friendly and very understanding I am very Pleased the way they take Charge of you issues.

The app on an Amazon Fire Stick is fine. Not great, not terrible. Just fine. However, why can't I cast from the app on my phone to another device such as a Chromecast or the countless other DLNA compliant devices within my network? I shouldn't have to buy a specific piece of hardware (a Fire Stick) for such a basic feature in 2021.

Frequently have blinks of service. I am not happy this is my ONLY CHOICE in Fort Mill in High speed internet. I believe this is substandard for the price. I also have ZERO CHOICE. I must have Emporium or nothing. If Spectrum moves into my neighborhood, I will switch immediately. I only have this service because I must have residential high speed internet, but I don't have to be happy with the faulty service.

Trying to get some real help is a nightmare!! Since I started with Emporium I've had nothing but trouble, regardless the issue. Mostly the problem has been with name & password. This has been ambiguous from the start. First I was told to use the account number, then someone else told me to use my email for my "name", then I need to pick a name, then the password never works, so I have to change it almost every time I try to go into the site. Then I can't get into site after I try more than 3 times

Was forced into getting this with emporium. Does not work with TiVo. Has no way to watch recorded shows at different speeds. Lost all our TiVo features of watching slightly faster or going in slow motion. No capability whatsoever.
