Straightforwardly misleading, this app doesn't calculate interest but end balance and interest amount. Interest is a percentage.

The results are not accurate. If I do a monthly payment for 1 year the result is 0. How could it be? I should get interest for 11 months on my 1st payment and 10 months on my second payment.
