It's a great tool to learn what you need for the test. I'm using it for a second time. I would definitely use it for any other CompTIA certification. Recommended if you want to learn what you need fast. I had to reset my account on the next day after purchase to be able to access the application but was able to access CertMaster through the web right after purchase.

Can't even login. It says username and password not found, but I can login with the same username and password on my desktop and access my cert master practice modules just fine.

Won't even start just keeps crashing. Really frustrating! This service isn't free and it's a IT related app you think who ever CompTIA hired to represent them would have their stuff together. Really disappointed!
