We just switched to this app, and it has been a significant upgrade from our previous one. There are a few quarks, but all in all, it works really well and has sped up our time entry and made capturing expenses easier. I recommend rolling the portions of the app out slowly, so the users can get used to each step as you add them.

App doesn't work most of the time. Lets you get all the way through data entry then locks up and won't allow it to be submitted. Expense Ease is more like Expensed and alot of work.

The submit all button doesn't work. They delete your expenses after 30 days now I have to fight with my employer to get my expenses that I hit the submit all on, and they didn't submit and then got deleted.

Why can you not upload PDFs for expense receipts? Entering receipts that I have been emailed is a total pain. This seems like a pretty basic feature that any competently developed time and expense app would have.

3.1.0 version crashes whenever I try to create or edit an expense with a receipt. If I manually create an expense without a receipt, it has no issue. When I add a receipt using either the camera or a photo gallery upload, it crashes when it tries to process and upload. Android pops up a message saying the app is repeatedly restarting and gives me the option to close it or wait. Waiting does nothing. Already tried clearing all data and reinstalling the app. Nothing worked.
