Rarely able to connect to NVR, even when it does, it is even less likely to connect to any of the cameras. In the end, I gave up trying to get it working properly, returned the system and went with a different brand that just worked after a much simpler setup.

There are a few issues. The time it takes to load cameras, if they load at all. I usually have to open the app twice before the cameras load to view. It's glitchy and reviewing history by moving the time slider crashes the app or freezes the all camera. There is no other convenient way apart from the app to review cameras from outside my network. For someone who uses CCTV daily for monitoring community safety for work, I would not recommend this system at all.

Concord (Jay car in-house brand) and Swann, use the same cameras and DVRs, supplied by Ray sharp. Firmware and App updates are nonexistent. Products do work as claimed, support is limited. Regular Cat5 cables work, but setup cameras on included cables first. Once set up, cameras will work off remote POE hub through Ethernet connection rather than direct to camera sockets, for remote buildings. App only works portrait, useless in landscape or on DeX. Set to the lowest quality for reliable mobile data use.
