The card design is good, the visuals and music are good, and the mechanics are all pretty good. I think adding some way to remove cards from your deck would make it a lot more fun, though it would definitely make the game easier, and it's already not too difficult. Overall I'd say it's worth the price.

Fun game, simple and easy to pick up. It has interesting mechanics to work around, such as the Fish deck where you intentionally load your deck with "worthless" cards, and a dragon boss that wants you to slay minions to get a special card that does good damage to it. It is obvious the developer(s) care about the game, and had fun making it. I have been playing Dawn caster for over a year, and Conjure scratches that same itch but with runs that don't last multiple hours. I recommend Conjure.

I bought this bare bones game to support the dev since they were doing good work building their game, with a promise that they'd continue supporting this game with a lot more content to flesh it out properly. The dev then promptly abandoned the game and, insultingly, seems to have enough time to create an entirely new game and has released it just as I'm posting this review. Meanwhile, I thought he was slowly working on Conjure. No interest in supporting the dev going forward. Waste of money.
