I am trying to connect my inverter icruze 6000+ but it's asking for IoT serial number and nobody knows about it. I called the sales person he doesn't know not even the customer care know about it. I tried to put serial number given back of the inverter but says it's invalid. Need help. there is no video about app of luminous.
