They make you download the app so the pt would call you. But then you receive an email 15 minutes prior to meeting, they tried to reach you, and you didn't answer. Then they don't answer emails and chats. I don't know what gain they are trying to achieve.

Don't pay for their services; they are currently refusing me my right of withdrawal per EEA laws. The workouts they provide are not tailored to you, and they do not respond to messages frequently enough for that to happen. App lacks basic features; for instance, you cannot exit by clicking the back button. Also, exercise UI is clunky with too much to click throughout the workout.
