They lied about their money-back guarantee!!! When signing up for constant contact, they informed me that there was a 30-day money-back guarantee did not talk about any other stipulations to get your money back. After signing up and realizing this platform wouldn't help me with ads in the way I needed, I called in to cancel my account within the 30 days. They told me that I had to upload my contacts and send out an email to my contacts to get the money back. They lied, a dishonorable business!

This is a scam! They harass you to sign up, telling you that you will have your own coach to help set up your sales app, they get your money and then crickets. No help and when you call customer service they have no clue how to do anything and want you to go to a virtual seminar. Not what I signed up for!

I ain't usually one to write a bad review, but they are shady with the refund policy. They claim 30 day money back, but I had to call them 3 times before they did anything, and they only refunded me a portion of the amount and claimed that I had ad ons that aren't refundable. Person on the phone who sold me the service said nothing about that
