I can't link webpage and email address even if I click save, when I return to edit page it's still not linked. It started this October 2024, in the previous version, I can link webpage and email address.

Use it all the time to review campaign performance. Somewhat recently constant contact added campaign management capabilities to the app, which substantially increased its utility. An ongoing problem we have, and maybe it's on the Android app, is when we try to see engagement we get an error message nine times out of 10. Would also like to see tag and segment membership.

This is a scam! They harass you to sign up, telling you that you will have your own coach to help set up your sales app, they get your money and then crickets. No help and when you call customer service they have no clue how to do anything and want you to go to a virtual seminar. Not what I signed up for!

They lied about their money-back guarantee!!! When signing up for constant contact, they informed me that there was a 30-day money-back guarantee did not talk about any other stipulations to get your money back. After signing up and realizing this platform wouldn't help me with ads in the way I needed, I called in to cancel my account within the 30 days. They told me that I had to upload my contacts and send out an email to my contacts to get the money back. They lied, a dishonorable business!

๐ฃ I pay my subscription, but they don't do anything for me. There is absolutely no way to cancel a subscription with them, not even with a call to the customer service, unless with the use of a laptop or desktop, but very possible to upgrade and pay them more money for nothing done, even from a phone... This requires serious attention, everyone!!! ๐ขโ ๏ธ๐ฅ
