I had a few issues getting the Controller Pro app to find my Sound Touch 20 speaker. The support I received from John the app guy was fast professional and easy to understand and now the app is working perfectly. I can not recommend highly enough from start to finish how good this experience was. Thank you so much.

This app has matured fantastically (v8.6 for this review) and, when linked with the Controller Cube hardware option, is now a seamless replacement for the music software that Bose incompetently ripped away from their loyal customers. Thanks to the team behind this app my Bose hardware is no longer useless boxes on the shelf but now back to the fully functioning music system I purchased. My situation specific setup issues were rapidly resolved by the developer. Great value, highly recommend.

It does work in the sense that it decodes the stream on your phone or tablet and then casts it via Bluetooth to your soundtocuh radio. The downside is that you need to keep your phone powered on and can't do other audio with it at the same time, so it does not allow the sound touch radio to play streams "by itself"

Just closing the app doesn't seem to work, but restarting the phone/tablet did, now it finds the st devices and is able to control them, will do more testing later on nas access.

Don't buy this appβit's a waste of money. The streams are unavailable and don't work. Entering a URL only works via Bluetooth, and you can't assign the URL to a button.

Flakey connection, doesn't see my sound touch 20 on the same network. I once got it to connect but only allowed me to assign stations to the buttons on the app not the sound touch. Spotify sees my speaker straight away. This doesn't work. Tried everything. Still won't see my speaker, but I can play Spotify. Can I get a refund please. Your app does nothing

Brought this app to get web radio back and presets but I am having issues with the web radio function. Allows you to search for web radio channels, however once you select 'play' it immediately errors with 'stream disconnected, try again'. Can only get Spotify to work which is not a game changer since Spotify Connect is included with my subscription. Documentation is sparse and lacking. Using Android Pixel Phone.

This app doesn't recognize any of my soundtracks, all connected to the same Wi-Fi network. All permissions granted. Better to stay with original sound touch nose app. Limited features but it's free et works. Keep you money.
