Just joined. Laptop all connected, but app is being funky. It don't let me in, u can't see words. It don't like my password. U name it. Left message with customer service right now. can't wait to get app going. P.s. just tried to get in it, I did but I had to connect Google or alexa_ it said set up with some other acc. I have on laptop, so I assume I can't use this app. P.s. they are awesome. It was a bug, and they got right on it. I highly recommend this app. Awesome customer service.

Still waiting!? I haven't received a payment and contacted customer 3 times through their live chat. It kept saying wait, and now I get a message saying they'll be in tomorrow. I'll change my rating if I get a payment

I downloaded the app about a month ago and it won't open anymore. I have resorted my phone, forced the app to quit and cleared the cache, bit nothing seems to help. I got a notification from the app that alexa was no longer connected, but obviously I can't fix it. When I view the website the connected accounts section is empty with a button at the bottom that says "refresh accounts" but nothing happens. I haven't receieved any payouts, and this feels like a lot to go through for no return.
