My experience with Convoy has been very good. Convoy pays very well. That's the main thing I like about Convoy. I have had issues before with Convoy, and they have worked with me. Still waiting to get some road bundles out of state. Maybe that will come in time, but they have moved up to be a favorite on my list. They're app is really good best I have seen from start until now and is still strong. They have set the industry standard for app use. I have no complaints for Convoy.

This review is regarding their policy about “hassle-free detention “. They say that it’s their policy to have in and out times stamped on BOLs, but most customers refuse to do that resulting in Convoy tefuoto pay drivers the money owed for detention. How can you have a policy that the shippers/receivers don’t even follow. It’s unfair to the drivers. Drivers you have been warned. I’m fighting for detention compensation right now due to shipper refusing to time stamp a BOL.

You can't really bid anymore, since they add Instead bid respons, they just fix a limited cheap rate that only accepts when u bid cheap, otherwise you get message "bid too high", I'm leaving convoy bcz I can't do cheap load, I found better broker, I will back if they remove "instead bid response" & add old real bid system
