Description
A premium indie restaurant management roguelike for mobile.
• No ads. No timers. No in-app purchases. • Fully offline. Pay once. • Supports multiple languages (European, South East Asian and East Asian)
— RUN YOUR RESTAURANT —
Run a growing restaurant under constant pressure. Every run is different. Every decision compounds.
Manage orders, prepare food, optimize your kitchen layout, and automate production to protect your reputation.
A run spans multiple in-game days. Each day lasts 1–3 minutes, with a 15-day core loop and overtime for those who master the system.
Customers arrive continuously, take seats, and order specific dishes.
• Prepare the correct food • Deliver it to the right table • Keep the kitchen running smoothly
As you progress, challenges grow more complex.
— STRATEGY OVER SPEED —
This is more than a cooking game. It’s a strategic restaurant roguelike built around planning and automation.
Over 20 possible events can reshape your restaurant, increasing complexity as recipes overlap and pressure builds.
By default, the game is forgiving — strong play earns reputation, mistakes cost it.
• Earn reputation through smart service • Lose it through delays and missed orders • Reach zero, and the run ends
Hardcore Mode removes the safety net.
• Every customer matters • One failure can end everything
Between days, invest in automation, upgrades, and high-risk choices that shape how your next run unfolds.
• Automation equipment • Furniture that boosts speed or patience • Movement upgrades • High-risk, high-reward dishes
— BUILT FOR REPLAYABILITY —
• 15-day core loop with overtime • Multiple difficulty levels • Optional Hardcore Mode • Character customization • Achievements and leaderboards • Different kitchen layouts every run
Pay once. Play offline. No interruptions.
A fully offline restaurant management roguelike with cozy pixel art graphics and a relaxing soundtrack.
If you enjoy strategy games, cooking roguelikes, restaurant simulators, and management games — this kitchen is ready.

Cook & Serve is a simple, but fun restaurant simulator that has you start out slow but quickly becomes chaotic and challenging. Automation is key as the difficulty progresses, and I've found it fun trying to automate different recipes and make my kitchen as efficient as possible. A few changes I would make include tighter controls, more variety in the recipes, and cheaper/more varied automation parts. For $3, I think it is worth a pickup, and I would highly recommend it if you find it on sale.
