CookJournal: Recipes & Tries

🍲 CookJournal — Your Recipe Journal, In Your Pocket

Why was that soup so good last time? Which version had less salt? CookJournal is your personal recipe journal — it saves every attempt, compares them, and reminds you which one actually worked.

This isn't just another recipe app. CookJournal lets you keep MULTIPLE versions of the same recipe, rate and note every attempt, and never have to guess "which one was better?" again.

👩‍🍳 WHY COOKJOURNAL?

📖 Build Your Own Recipe Book
Save the recipes passed down in your family, the ones you found online, or your own creations — complete with photos. Ingredients, steps, servings, and difficulty, all organized in one place.

🔄 Version Every Attempt
Every time you cook a recipe, open a new version: "Less salt," "Baked instead," "Second try"... Note what you changed and how it turned out, rate it, and never forget which version actually worked.

⚖️ Compare Versions Side by Side
Put two versions next to each other: which ingredient changed, which step is different, which one got the better rating? CookJournal highlights the differences automatically — you just pick the winner.

🔥 Cook Mode
Follow your recipe step by step in full screen, without fumbling with your phone while your hands are covered in dough. Move between steps with ease.
