★★★★★ Great app!!! Really bring the crypto industry to a higher level!!!

★★☆☆☆ Very disappointing, SBI VC site allows you to buy but not send virtual currencies, instead it requires you to use this app, however this app requires you to purchase a hardware device for around $70 and service fee of around $3 per month. Instead of locking users into a specific platform, and charging them, why not open this up to other hardware wallets, or even provide the hardware for a reasonable price? Better still, provide the ability to send virtual currencies through the SBI VC website. This app might have 'cool' features, but gets 0% for customer service. Sorry SBI, please try again.
