I have sent an email for assistance almost 3 days ago and no response. If backup service is not great, then it's better not to have the app. My ex paid and cant get me linked. Can someone please reply to my email. Thanks

App doesn't work. Paid my subscription and never got the e-mail to verify. Have sent mails to all support mail no dice. Can't use and paid for nothing. Useless app and support. Don't download or bother.

I was really excited when I found this app hoping that it would make my co-parenting with a narcissist easier, but the app doesn't even work. When I opened the app it had a message on the screen 'securing your session' which just stayed there. I couldn't set up an account or even get into the app. Don't download this app. You will just be disappointed.
