I use the app mainly to make transfers and deposit checks, and it does them very well, I've had an account for around 30 years and I can't see myself leaving Canyo-I MEAN, Copper State CU anytime soon.

It's great. The app is easy once you understand how to use the app (the actual app and the desktop and the tablet versions) that it gets easier to comprehend. The actual bank has friendly staff. There is a lot of happening with the bank from savings to sometimes the company has drawings for a vehicle or a trip or a certain amount of money. The company is owned basically by us. Yep, us. Whenever we create an account or contribute in their stocks.

NOW I know Because of this ill-fated merger! We were told routing code, previous cks would continue to work & be accepted. Not True. Due to merger changes stim check was mailed? But other govt direct deps are fine? What's going on? Never experienced these issues with DCU. Change back!

When the CU did not have Belle I was able to use it easily by linking it to my Visa debit card. Then you added the Belle app and I can't use it. It doesn't use my contacts to find recipients, so I have to add each recipient new. It gets hung up. When I try to do it on my laptop I get a 404 error. I wish you hadn't changed it.

Depositing a check is impossible. The app constantly shuts down when trying to take photos of the check. One check can take up to 10 minutes to deposit. It's the most frustrating thing. Please get your mobile app fixed.
