Very fast and prompt with sending messages quick response time sometime receiving messages from the other end from inside the jail it's 4 to 6 hours later you get the messages from the inmate but instant gratification when it comes to pressing send from your end of the line to inmate inside the facility

Can't even get in to send my son money. Error message every time I try to open app. Make it make sense...

They have the right idea. But I don't know if it is the system or the jail themselves that doesn't communicate with each other properly. When scheduling visitation, the visit ends of cancelling after so many hours. Or it will tell me a visitation went through when the one that is in jail says that they don't see it in the system. They didn't understand why I cancelled my visit. They were so upset that I did. I try to explain to them that I had nothing to do with it getting cancelled.

Why hasn't this been working.it's been 4 days it won't let me send a message. I been trying to call and No one doesn't answer it's a machine...you all need to fix it, or we need something else we can talk to our loved one's .it's not right for us sit here worry about our loved one's .get it together.

Useless! I scheduled a video visit. But it needed more information. After I submit that, I have to for back through menus to try again. I did this 3 times. Finally, scheduled it. Even though we were both trying to connect, we never connected to each other. I wasted that $6. I was going to pay to send a text message. They're $0.25 each. But I mistyped my zip code. My credit card was charged, but I received no credit for it. Just don't go to a jail that uses this. Or just stop breaking the law
