Correct pay is great! They make it easy to deposit funds phone calls etc. to your loved ones incarcerated I have not found a better app then correct pay give them a try!

Was able to send commissary a few times, but now the app tells me my login information isn't correct. When I use the phone number to make a deposit, it charges more than TDCJ available apps do. It's insane to have so much trouble getting money to my son and so expensive via phone as I sent $100 but all he got was $89.30 of it. That's an over 10% charged in fees! Not my choice of funding my inmate but every other option I have tried redirects me straight to this overcharging, dysfunctional app.

This is the worst app it won't take my email or password says it's invalid, and it's not then they want me to change my email and password I'm not going to do that

I hate this app every time that I have a scheduled appointment from his end it never goes through customer service by far the worst this is the fourth video visitation that doesn't go through frustrating aggravating and I never get the right thing from customer service call customer service they set up an appointment and still nothing then I have to put a star for me to put my little comment, but I would not give them any star
