This app closes automatically not able to fill report and showing error message "this app has a bug"

I have both Android and iOS devices but my iPhone has none of the issues the app has on my Android

Was told this app should work "offline". I'm unable to even launch the app on airplane mode whatsoever. Android User.

The app crash all the time and unable to submit my reports kindly look into it, as it is a hassle to keep uploading reports for two days and still it isn't getting uploaded
