This is my third review of this app. It simply got better with every new experience. As you may have read before, things didn't always go right. But, the customer service is outstanding and worked to make the experience really good. The women are very nice, and the translation is seamless. So, I'm changing my rating to 5-star. The app delivers everything that it promised. In the places that needed improvement, customer service stepped in to make things right.

This is an EXCELLENT app to communicate with Asian woman. They are not shy and will reach out to you. What I like the most is how responsive Customer Service is. Any time I have an issue, a question or a request, they usually respond within a couple of hours. I've never had to wait more than half a day for a response.

Coscos might as well be criminal fraud. Chat with one person for about one hour cost $850. Unless you have money to literally burn, stay away, don't touch it!! You have been warned.

The app itself seems pretty good and does as advertised, allowing for real time translation in chat. It is stupidly expensive though, with a premium membership only giving you 300 words a day in translation. Does seem to be a lot of scammers, possibly bots, that are more than happy to eat up those credits for you, leaving you to buy some expensive bundle of words to continue the chats you do want to have.

Don't use this app; it's a scam. It requires a payment for a massage system and charges $19.99 for 500 characters at the same time. If you purchased it I would refund it

This all is ridiculous that you have to pay for a membership, but then also have to pay a fortune for translation characters to be able to talk to people. And they run out very fast, so you have to keep spending money. It's total BS. It's nothing but a cash grab. You should be able to have unlimited translation characters without having to pay extra if you're already paying for a membership. Do better!!
