Great app. Very useful. Only complaint (very minor) is that it doesn't seem to be entirely random. When our group of three did an elimination roster, and took aliens out of the draw pile after we used them once, Grumpus (worst alien in the game) seemed to be always drawn by whoever drew their choices first when our draw pile got down to less than 50 aliens. Which meant that whoever drew first effectively only got one option because Grumpus is so useless.

Almost perfect This app is very helpful to manage alien and flare draws, specially during the setup. I didn't give five stars because sometimes when I play cosmic encounter I like to give 3+ flares to each player to choose the alien from, but I ask them to pick 2 flares for the game (the one of his chosen alien and another one), so the number of flares is always twice the number of players. I believe this can be supported by the app by adding a "draw X pick Y" mode, storing the draws per player, so it can be picked later.
