Worst first — and last — time at @CostaCoffeeUAE, Dubai International Airport Terminal 1. We were a family of 6 using our Mastercard Premier World – Dragon Pass benefit. This benefit is as good as payment — Costa Coffee still gets paid for every redemption — yet the cashier who is some african guy ignored our turn and prioritized some arabs over us instead. They were just ordering and sitting at their table, while we still needed to place our orders and rush to our boarding gate for flight.

Not only do they not respond to inquiries about small issues with receipts and claiming points. I tried to download this app on my new phone and for more than a week it hasn't been working. I messaged them today, but they haven't responded for previously, so I doubt they will. I'll update my review if they respond
