I was getting married Halloween 2025 and I tried a few countdown apps. Most I had to figure out if I needed to add/subtract a day but this one was easy and understands the calendar! Added bonus is the ability to put any image behind the text! Liked it enough that I'm still using it to count how many days have been married 😁! One of the RARE widgets I liked immensely, and I'll be keeping!

Love this app. It does have a subscription option, but I have two countdowns going with personal background pictures and whenever it suggests I start a free trial I just tell it I don't want one, and I've never had to pay. Great little app. The countdown widgets do occasionally lose my custom picture (usually only one at a time), but this is rectified by clicking on it to open the app, and then you can move on, so it's not a huge deal

I've been using it for over a year, and it's my favorite countdown app by far. I always have at least 2 on my home screen

This app doesn't tell you it's a subscription app until after it gets you to make a countdown.
