I thought the trial was 14 days, not just 7. So I was charged a month at $66. I wanted a yearly membership at $326. They refused to refund the $66. I never got an email to let me know the trial was about to expire. And never got an email to let me know I was charged for a month. While I do acknowledge that I made a mistake, Coursera support is not willing to help and accommodate clients.
