Good app for learning with an easy user interface

Coursera might look lucrative when it comes to online courses but has 3rd class horrible customer service. Most of their support is based on arrogance. Since I'm writing this review from India, they don't recognize India at all, makes me wonder who permitted them to do business when they don't know India or Indians. Extremely HIGH priced courses, no UPI payment method, app is buggy & no dark theme. Anyway, if it wasn't for Google courses, I would have not jumped on this but would look altrns. 💩

As awesome as Coursera is, the app is insanely bad. Takes a long time to load and update course information, buggy transcripts that you can't scroll properly, and sometimes transcripts don't load at all. I highly recommend the Coursera desktop site to those looking to learn new skills, but the app needs a lot of work.
