CoverShot: Cover Screen Show

Turn the cover screen of your foldable phone into your own display — while you keep using the inner screen.

CoverShot shows your photos, videos, GIFs and messages on the cover screen, so the people in front of you see what you choose. Use it as a digital photo frame, a sign, a name card, a live video loop or a scrolling LED message.

WHAT YOU CAN SHOW • Photos, videos and GIFs — one, or a playlist that loops • Your own message, with colour, outline, shadow and spacing • A scrolling LED sign with glow and blinking • Another app, mirrored live onto the cover

MAKE IT LOOK RIGHT • Pinch to zoom and drag to frame each photo or video — on the cover or in the app • Pinch your text to resize it, drag it to move it • Fit or Fill, backgrounds (colours, gradients, blur) and brightness • Play just part of a video or GIF, and set how long each photo shows

KEEP USING YOUR PHONE • The inner screen stays free while the cover shows your content • Swipe Home and CoverShot keeps the cover on in a small window • Double-tap the cover to adjust it right there

PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account, no ads, no tracking • CoverShot has no internet access: your photos and messages never leave your phone • It only sees the photos and videos you pick

REQUIREMENTS CoverShot needs a foldable phone whose cover screen apps can show content on, such as a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold, running Android 14 or newer. It won't work on regular phones.
