Love the app, camera & customer service. I currently have 3 that I use & recommend adding the external battery with solar panel. For the money picture quality & functionality is worth it. The ability of retrieving real time photo & video is a plus. I don't know of any other camera that's do this, but you can't beat that at all.

I have used the Covert App for a month, and it is working great 👍💡👍. Whatever problems existed are likely fixed. Note the E2 camera cannot be configured through the Covert App.

Have used several of these cameras w/app for several months. Overall they do what I need, but some updates/upgrades would be great: 1) Cameras communicate with base, & base has a cell account, why can't it keep time/date stamps current without manually setting them on every camera. 2)Thumbnails from base to app work good. It would be helpful if you delete the thumbnail from the base you had the option to delete the larger one off the individual camera that recorded it.

I've had this app for some time now. Use it with my Blackhawk cam. It works well. Support from Covert is stellar! The batteries in the cam are Uber important. I have found the Ni cads you can get from Harbor Freight work best. (Don't use Li batteries, they suck!) I just wish I could view the video in the app as well as the photos.

Will not notify me when camera takes a picture. I have to manually go to the app to check my cameras since the last update

It quit sending notifications to the app, I have to open app and then look for new pics, I tried to turn on notifications and the app does not even show up in my apps, but it's on my screen and keeps saying its crashing because of a bug

Latest update as of 11/5/23 has caused notifications to stop being sent. Hopefully covert corrects the issue quickly as it's a bit annoying not to know when you have new photos on your camera.

Just did an update 11/5/2023 and now my troubleshooting notifications won't work. Says to enable in the app settings, but they are all enabled to push on the phone. Not sms.not email. I literally watched deer in front of my camera and I never got any pictures. It was halfway decent before, and the troubleshooting notifications worked to let me know everything was good. Not IDK what's wrong. I've already Uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Please help .issue has not been fixed...
