Won't let me reset password. Will not send the link to my email. I made sure it was updated. I tried several times.... Edit. Customer Service reached out to me and was able to get it working for me.

I loved the app but since the update I can use it at all. My employer has us using our phone number and the app now requires your email which is not set up. Please just make it an option to put in your phone number!!!!

I liked the app before the so-called update. Now I can't log in at all even tried to reset my password, and I am not getting the email for my confirmation code to reset it. I really hate it, and now I can't view my schedule work😡

Had to do the upgrade, I forgot password and now after 3 tries not receiving password recovery link!!! I was found with the app as it was, it was simple. I would appreciate someone getting back to me VERY SOON because now I cannot view all the shifts I picked up this month!!!!
