For those experiencing problems with this app after changing device please note: You have to first remove your old key. Contact your poms admin and ask them to remove your key. You can then set up new key as you did the first time, by elevating access and scanning the QR code before being issued with the code :) All instructions available on cpoms.co.uk

The code doesn't appear, and my screen just appears black as if it's frozen. This then means I have limited access to Poms. Frustrating.

Updated and now can't access CPOMS fully. Asks to scan a QR code from the app but nothing on the PC for a QR code.

I have repeatedly tried to install the new app pn my phone including with the help of CPOMS. However, I get 'cannot connect to server' and when I try to send the code manually it comes up as incorrect or out of date. This is so frustrating as I am DSL at my school and cannot access the data I need. It is not due to internet connections as it doesn't work at home with our superfast either. Very annoying. If I could give no stars I would.
