After purchase, it's difficult to find any codes using the keyword search. Also, no access to ICD 10 codes or place of service codes. All of which are needed in order to successfully code and bill. This app falls short.

Horse crap customer service. I have messaged through the app as well as through the developer website. Zilch. Nada. Nyet. After 3 weeks, not a peep, not even a robo response. Having problems upgrading to newer code year, plus frequently needing to sign out and back in to unlock access. Time to find another option.

It says free CPT Quick Ref.... but once I downloaded the app, it wants me to pay for each one.... Free what?

Like many others reported, it crashes a lot also you only have access to E & M. The E & M tool would be excellent if it worked.
