CraftMe: Find Pros & Run Jobs

CraftMe runs a trade business from the first enquiry to the paid invoice – and helps homeowners find the right pro for the job.

From enquiry to quote
A customer sends photos of the leaking tap or the room to be painted. You turn them into a quote with line items in minutes: the AI drafts it from the photos and your note, you check every position, and the customer accepts it through a link. One tap turns the accepted quote into a job.

Jobs on site
✨ Every job with address, team, dates, materials and photos in one place
✨ Time per job and a post-calculation against the quote
✨ Acceptance report, daily site report and measurement form, signed on the phone and stored as a PDF
✨ Bad weather days recorded as an absence for outdoor crews
✨ Progress invoices along the way and a final invoice at the end

Properties, keys and handovers
For property managers and caretaker services: buildings and units with their own job history. A key register shows who holds which key, with signature and return date. Handover reports for moving in and out record rooms, meter readings and damage with photos.

The office in your pocket
✨ Team board for the week: who works on which site, with absences
✨ Time tracking with approval and payroll export
✨ Invoices, e-invoices (ZUGFeRD, XRechnung), payment reminders and tax export (PDF, CSV, Excel, DATEV)
✨ Income and expenses with the monthly result, and stock with automatic deduction
✨ Folders and memos for the team, everything also in the browser
✨ Set up in one minute: photograph your price list and the AI creates services, prices and opening hours

For homeowners
✨ Electricians, plumbers, painters, roofers, carpenters, gardeners and cleaners near you
✨ AI room ideas: take a photo of your room and see a new style before anyone picks up a tool
✨ Book a visit with automatic travel time, chat with the business and read genuine reviews
