CraveLock: App Blocker & Limit

CraveLock is a screen time app and app blocker that limits how long you use distracting apps. Block apps, set daily screen time limits, and stop doom scrolling — without deleting anything.

The app blocker that lets you scroll.

CraveLock is an app blocker and screen time limit app that fits real life. It's a digital detox that doesn't ask you to quit everything cold turkey.

Most app blockers force you to quit social media cold turkey. CraveLock doesn't. Set a daily usage limit on Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, or any app you keep scrolling too long. Use it for 5, 10, or 15 minutes. When you hit your limit, CraveLock blocks the app until a cooldown timer runs out.

This is a real app blocker, not a gentle reminder. The block sticks. No 5-second bypasses.

★ APP BLOCKER WITH USAGE LIMITS
Set a usage limit per app. When you hit the limit, the app blocker kicks in and blocks the app until your cooldown ends. Limits from 5 minutes to several hours. Cooldowns from 15 minutes to a full afternoon. You choose how strict.

★ BLOCK SOCIAL MEDIA APPS
Block Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, Twitter/X, Facebook, Snapchat, and any other distracting app. CraveLock works as a social media blocker, a distraction blocker, and a focus app — all in one.

★ SCREEN TIME LIMITS THAT ACTUALLY HOLD
Most screen time limits are one tap to ignore. CraveLock adds real friction: cooldowns you can't skip, coin rewards, and scheduled limits that don't let you just tap "one more minute."

★ EARN YOUR UNLOCKS (COIN SYSTEM)
When you resist the urge to bypass a block, you earn coins. Build up coins and spend them to unlock an app early when life needs flexibility. Coins reward discipline without demanding perfection.

★ FLOWMODE — SCHEDULED APP LIMITS
Different limits for different times of day. 5 minutes of Instagram during work hours. 15 minutes in the evening. Fully blocked after 11 PM. One setup, adaptive all day. Works as both a strict app blocker and a flexible focus timer depending on when you open the app.

★ PROGRESS & HABIT TRACKING
Daily Clarity Score. Streaks. Heatmaps showing when you reach for distracting apps most. Watch your screen time drop week by week as CraveLock helps you build better habits and stay focused.
