Overall, good. Selection is great, customer service is good, quality is as good anywhere else. My only plea is to add express shipping as an option - I, for one, don't pinch pennies and would opt for the quicker shipping, especially with the competitive prices, I'd probably still save money from shopping elsewhere - but I got one size that fit, one that didn't (my error) for lip piercings. Now I need to wait 15-20 days post-processing to receive my larger size! Waah 😩

Best body jewelry site I've used. I've shopped from here for years now, and I've always been happy. The prices really can't be beat, and the quality has always been perfect for me. I love that they offer sterilization for the jewelry. There really is something for everyone and every piercing. Shipping is surprisingly quick, they use recyclable packaging too. The app is a replica of the site, so it's easy to use and navigate. Totally recommend.

Good site but the annoying thing is the plugs I like they don't have in the sizes I want, and then you want more money than what the item is worth to post it out It's easier to go on ebay and get them at least there's no postage price

Checked out the website. Looked good. Every item was priced in South African Rand. Downloaded the app as I wanted to shop frequently. Signed up and received welcoming emails with discount codes etc. Then as I wanted to place my first order, nope sorry, don't deliver to South Africa due to a lot of orders going missing! Are you kidding me?!

Suspicious app. Be careful. I made a purchase, then swiftly received my invoice as expected. However, it was for an order I placed 2 years ago. Then I received another email with an order confirmation which was correct. However, I was then notified by Google that my account had been accessed via an old Samsung phone literally three minutes prior to my transaction... I have made the necessary security changes to my account, and it's secure, however this is extremely suspicious.

Slow and stressful to use. Due to it being slow (even for itself to register), I've been charged twice for an item that's apparently unpaid? Not a happy customer seeing as the item I've ordered is because an item I previously ordered apparently isn't available anymore (yet 3 days after that flagged up It's STILL available for purchase on the app?) Sort it out, been using this company for years and this is disappointing.
