For the app, please add dark theme and an option for larger fonts. For the service behind the app, once you work through the technicalities, the functionality is very good and the calls are cheap. Two-way SMS, calls, voicemail, receiving redirected calls from other service providers, and notifications are all working seamlessly. The Help Desk, while not terribly friendly, has been responsive and helpful in resolving issues.

Does as described and does it well. I had to adjust the power saving function on my phone to keep calls coming in for this app, but apart from that no issues otherwise. They offer a great service for a very low price.

Almost a year, me and my family moved on crazy tel and is awesome! It's the only one app supporting SIMPLE protocol for SMS. As main app we use Ground wire. Just extract the settings from Crazy tel app in provisioning.xml (app dir after install), get the urls, put your acc and pass in url and see the code of page- dynamic download settings. Put all in Ground wire app. It's very important to put Outbound Proxy to not get dropped from some 4G telcos. Works flawless. Support is awesome ppl with brains.

For the life of me, I cannot find where to reduce the SIP Registration Interval (to resolve a "SIP Registration Timer too Long" warning from the Crazy Tel portal), or to confirm TLS registration. It also only accepts a QR code for provisioning, and only for a single trunk (account).

Doesn't work for International calls. I can make a local call eventually after multiple tries and disconnections, but International call to the UAE just give an Error without any details, even after enabling International calls in the dashboard

Don't like leaving this review, but unfortunately I am not happy with this app at all! SMS was not sent through. Lots of connection mismatches, most of the time something like a recorded voice of someone else was played. Lots of drops today and suddenly my the call was replayed from beginning!! So weird!! Also, the initial price/min limit of 20 cents per minute is too low for many countries. It took me a while to realize why I was not able to make a call for the first time.

Worst service, the person the call is v rude. Calling multiple times, no one attend call, if they attend, they talk v rudely.

Randomly stopped showing in app message and phone call notifications. Probably no way to fix it without clearing all saved calls and messages. No setting I can see in program to adjust notifications, all notifications enabled in Android for app. Receving MMS not supported to mobile. Why not?
