They do refund directly into your credit card, for me most of the orders from shop failed to arrive, but were displayed as delivered, don't buy anything that you need in short time from the shop. Otherwise, all good. 4star Update: they've updated what can be delivered to your location or not (meaning non-serviceable or something is shown). With this update I have almost nothing to complain about.

It has moved from the initial idea of credit card payment app and doing many jumlas. No active cash backs. They are giving 1 rs as cashback. Vouchers also not good. So better to change and try other app.
