Experiencing too many glitches! I sometimes try to log in and while I can log in with the website, this app will not remember my login information. Not going to use it unless it is improved.

Worst credit union! Every single time I've tried to talk to anyone there I get hung up on or disconnected! I've been on the phone for almost 2 fricking hours trying to get my account unlocked all because I changed my password once. I WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND HOW A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION OPERATES LIKE CU WEST & KEEPS THEIR DOORS OPEN!! I've only seen one half way friendly employee at cu west. Day 4 and still locked out. Reset username and password successfully hit the enter button and it errored. WTH

I am tired of needing a security digit sent to my phone. It used to be a picture verification until AI stop paying now I need every 3 days to have a security pin sent to a device to make sure it's me but my number and email and everything has not changed in 5 years. This institution is making difficult just to login on my registered device just to see my bank balance. Not happy
