I just love how the bank is very personable. And the fact that they have veteran parking only I love that they recognize our veterans. I would have given them five stars if when I call customer service or the dispute department I'm talking to people that don't speak very good English. I feel like there call center is located in a different country. And I am completely against outsourcing jobs to a different country when there's so many unemployed people here

Experiencing too many glitches! I sometimes try to log in and while I can log in with the website, this app will not remember my login information. Not going to use it unless it is improved.

I am tired of needing a security digit sent to my phone. It used to be a picture verification until AI stop paying now I need every 3 days to have a security pin sent to a device to make sure it's me but my number and email and everything has not changed in 5 years. This institution is making difficult just to login on my registered device just to see my bank balance. Not happy

The app was awesome. After the new update, it went downhill from there. I can't use my fingerprint for logging, I have to type constantly my password to simply see my balances. What the hell?!?! It was good now its worse.
